Store Policies


It is important that you are happy with the yarn you receive from us!! If there is any issue with your order please contact me within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied.  To be eligible for return all products must be in their original form with original packaging.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless there has been an error on our end.  Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on sale, clearance,  or dyed to order items.  Refunds will be issued once it arrives back at the studio.

Ball Winding service

We do not offer ball winding as a service at this time


Currently we are shipping once a week on Tuesdays.  Please be aware that Hinkston Handmade cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages.  If you have an issue with your delivery please refer to the tracking sent with your shipping notification. I cannot obtain any more information than you as a customer can.  Priority mail automatically comes with $50 of insurance should something happen to your package.  If you wish to insure your package for more please contact me and I will gladly upgrade your shipping.  All claims can be made at should the need arise


International Shipping

International customers please be aware the you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs imposed by your home country. shipping will not be refunded should you refuse your package for any reason.  All international packages will be marked as merchandise for the full amount paid for the items held within.
