Domestic processing cuts out the shipping to processing plants overseas.  This yarn is strong as well as soft.  It has excellent bounce and elasticity ideal for anything that needs to hold its shape from sweaters to socks. Excellent stitch that will make all your hard work shine through.

 What is Skaniko Wool?  It is 100% traceable wool From Merino/Rambouillet cross sheep.  Happy sheep make the best wool.  This yarn is also completely processed on US soil cutting out excess shipping to processing plants overseas. This yarn has loft and shine!  Excellent for sparkly shawls and fun socks and hats!

 This is an excellent sock yarn for the eco continuous crafter. 21.5 Micron Merino Grown, sheared, combed and spun right in the U.S., blended with silk for an all natural fiber yarn with added strength. Domestic processing cuts out the shipping to processing plants overseas. Silk is added to improve durability and softness.  However, due to the process I use for dyeing self striping yarns, this yarn dyed slightly lighter than its counterparts not containing silk. Silk dyes vibrant but it takes dye up more slowly than superwash wool.  I would love to offer this yarn on a regular basis because I love how it handles and the shine is great.
